The adaptor consists of two parts, these must both be purchased based on your vehicle model and choice of radio brand:

Note – For vehicles with 32 & 20 PIN connectors. Allows owners to retain the use of the factory multi-functional steering wheel control buttons including phone, aux input, USB input. This harness also aids in the retention of the four factory reversing cameras, allowing for 360-degree camera functionality. The interface allows the aftermarket stereo to interpret and interact with the factory camera information as if it were the original system. It also allows for a choice of multiple languages.
This stalk control interface allows you to upgrade to an aftermarket head unit whilst maintaining use of your factory steering wheel controls.

Beyond this 14 working day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year (Excluding Open Box products). We will then arrange for your item to be repaired (or replaced, if appropriate with a new product) or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.
