This installation kit allows an easy and clean install of the Alpine Halo11 (iLX-F115D), Halo9 (iLX-F905D, iLX-F903D) or Alpine Halo9 Navi (INE-F904D / INE-F904DC) in a Volkswagen Crafter from model year 2017.
The KIT-F9VW-CRA includes a custom-fit frame and installation brackets (no cable harness or interface).
Depending on the vehicle configuration you will additionally require the following interface:

For Crafters with no stereo fitted from factory you need the APF-X300VW
- For Crafters with original radio you need the APF-X320MIB
The optional interfaces allow usage of the steering wheel remote control buttons and retention of the car menu setup through your Alpine system.
Vehicles with original radio and E-Call system:
- The E-Call system remains functional - an E-Call adaptation to avoid error messages is required (vehicles with radio preparation will not encounter this problem).

Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 14 working day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year (Excluding Open Box products). If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact our eSupport department, via the website, direct email or phone for a returns number. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired (or replaced, if appropriate with a new product) or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.
